Great Place to Work -certificates on a wall

For the seventh year in a row Wunder has fulfilled the Great Place to Work criteria, again received the certificate and ranked 13th in the medium-large category in Finland. Wunder operates in three countries (Finland, Latvia, and Estonia), with over 130 professionals creating digital services for the private and public sectors.

Wunderers are known to have exceptionally long careers at Wunder. This year Wunder has been on the business for ten years and many of the employees have been along the whole time. Even some of the owners are working fulltime in the operative positions; the company is not listed in the stock market. Very warm-hearted work culture is a solid base of the success of Wunder – and it is something that is permanently in the DNA of the company.

"At Wunder, we truly act according to People First policy. This has been our principle for the last ten years and is something that we are to follow also in the future."

Emma Mäkinen, Talent Operations Manager , 9 Years at Wunder

Wunder has applied and been certified as a Great Place to Work every year since 2014. From 2014-2016 in the small organizations’ category and since 2017 in the category of medium-sized organizations (from 50 – 150 employees). Wunder was at the 3rd place in 2018.
