What do we expect from you?
- Hands-on experience with open-source development tools (PHP, JavaScript, etc.) supported by real examples of your work, such as a portfolio or GitHub repository.
- Good English communication skills, both spoken and written. As English is our primary working language, the entire recruitment process will also be conducted in English.
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Desire to learn and develop through real projects, with support from experienced senior developers.
- Availability for full-time work.
- While we offer a hybrid work setup (combining remote work with office attendance), during the first month, we expect you to be present in the office at least three days a week to ensure smooth onboarding and integration.
- The place of residence is Latvia; relocation is not offered.
