Your Role at Wunder

  • Work with a multidisciplinary team to build great solutions
  • Guarantee the quality and consistency of the team’s technical delivery
  • Mentor junior developers and facilitate the onboarding of new hires
  • Collaborate with clients and work shoulder-to-shoulder with the delivery manager to turn business ideas into working applications
  • Assist sales, lead project conceptions and estimate efforts for upcoming projects
  • Share knowledge in the form of blog post, workshops and presentations

What we Are looking for

  • You are passionate about web development and open technology
  • You have at least five years of experience developing successful digital projects in a team context
  • Your experience includes working with Drupal, Laravel, Symfony or Javascript frameworks
  • You have experience leading agile development teams and you feel comfortable pitching ideas to and explaining them to clients in business terms
  • Excellent communication in English, both verbal and written
