Drupal communities in Finland and the Baltics are joining forces to hold an online DrupalCamp on the 18th of March. Welcome to join!

To kickstart the Drupal 20-year party, Drupal communities in Finland and the Baltics are joining forces to hold an online DrupalCamp on the 18th of March. Wunder will contribute with one of the largest Drupal+ projects in Latvia – The Official Statistics Portal which was launched in September 2020.

Official statistics of Latvia used to be spread over approx. 40 websites and in a variety of publishing formats. The Official Statistics Portal was developed as a technical platform for all statistical authorities in Latvia. The new-built solution is an out-of-the-box data publishing system with integrated data visualisation, thematic maps, reference metadata and search functionality.

In the first part of the session, Uldis Ainārs (project manager and the Information and Communication Department director of Central Statistical Bureau of Latvia) will reveal the reason behind the development of the project and user scenarios of the Official Statistics Portal of Latvia. In the second part, Raimonds Kalniņš (Wunder developer and passionate Drupalist) will focus on technical details and challenges faced during the development process.

Mark your calendars and be ready for interesting technical talks and cases coming up. Schedule and streaming information available on the official DrupalCamp Finland + Baltics websiteopens-in-a-new-tab.
