Drupal 9 is here!

Drupal 9 is to enable features that will make the developing of the digital even more diverse than before. While the focus for Drupal 9.0.0 was an easier upgrade experience, the new major version will receive feature updates twice a year like Drupal 8 did – meaning that we are to see 9.1 before the end of this year.

And what does this actually mean for those whose digital experience is based on Drupal 7 or Drupal 8? It means that before the end of 2021 for D8 and the end of 2022 for D7, something has to be done to enable hopping on to the Drupal 9 train. The extent of the required development varies remarkably and there are plenty of options on how to get to the point where Drupal 9 is the engine behind your digital success.
