The right work-life balance
We are an international company with distributed teams across Europe. Remote working is ingrained within Wunder work culture, but we have also created functional and fun offices in all our locations. Our office spaces have independent working rooms and co-working areas and we even have a Wunderbar – a meeting space furnished as a bar from the 1960s!
With flexible working hours, as long as you get the work done we’re happy. We always come back together, as a company, for training, meetings or just getting to know the office. We value time away from the screen to rest and restore so we encourage staff to get the right work-life balance.

Our internal mentoring program encourages knowledge-swapping and peer support to develop new professional and personal skills.
